How to Exchange / Return

Step 1 – Submit Returns Request

1. Read the In City Fashion Terms and Conditions for Exchanges and Returns to ensure you qualify for a Return or Exchange
2. Click My Account in the top right hand corner of www.incityfashion.com.au
   
3. Click Returns Request
   
4. Check your contact details are correct and fill out the relevant information
5. Click Print and Send Request
6. Print the request, date and sign where indicated
   Note: If you do not have access to a printer, you can skip this step

Step 2 – Send Goods back via AAE

1. Place items in the satchel provided and seal closed using adhesive strip
2. Complete the Sender details on the consignment note provided and sign.
3. Attach the consignment note to the sealed satchel using adhesive backing
4. Call Australian air Express on 13 12 13 to arrange a booking to return the freight.
5. Select the bookings option
6. Quote the account number 2970800
7. Provide the details for the collection address and the time for collection. (this address should match the consignment note)
8. An Australian air Express driver will collect the satchel
